    wheele hub help

    Hi i have a 1985 honda big red 250 and need a left wheele hub and i found a right side one and was wondering if it would fit on the left also would a 250sx hub fit. Thanks

    Thats a good question.
    It's rare that they go bad like the earlier (84) models.
    Make sure they are tight/torqued and I also grease the splines when going back together.

    I have one of each apart right now to do rear brakes so I'll try to
    get out there and look.

    Faster may be to cross reference part numbers
    at bikebandit.com and see if the part numbers are the same.
    or just swap the good one to the other side or try to see if the match up somehow.

    and you know there are shop manuals for free in the 'world class help'
    section in trikesylvania?

    the hub is the same on the sx and the big red.
