What is #10 patch/rim support do and is it really needed. They are 30$ a piece and im missing all 4 of them!
Also is #16 some type of o-ring that goes between the two halves of the rim to seal the air in? Can you unbolt the rim into two pieces to mount a tire?
On the back rims does it matter does it matter which side is facing out ?

Yes those patch rings are needed . They keep the rim from bending and cracking . With out using them the rim might bend and wont seal the O ring .
The large O ring is to seal the two rim halves together .
