    bad news again for the 200x

    So, my 200x wouldn't start, just fire. so I cleaned the carb thinking that was the problem. I cleaned it out and put it back on. I kicked and kicked and kicked. still it would just fire. I UNFORTUNATELY broke something in the kicker assembly trying.... It turns out, the machine just needed a new spak plug. I haven't pulled the cover off to look whats wrong but I can feel the gears somewhat grabbing when you kick it over and it will not return on its own, which leads me to believe that one of the two outer-most gears is stripped. Does that sound right? and where can I get replacement gears? thanks

    Get ready to pull the motor and split the cases, your 85 kicker gears are in the center case. Guess you should have tried the plug 1st......

    well I figured out what was wrong today... It was just the kickstarter itself. it had become loose and kinda wrecked some of the splines on the inner part of it. I put it back on and it seems to be working. we'll see how long it lasts though... and then I was riding it today and something popped my front tire... Im gonna go figure out of its fixable or not.

    Lucky man, I'd trade a bad tire for bad kick gears.
    I was so paranoid with my x that I'd roll it down the hill and jump start it
    every chance I got.
