mucho progress today. used PB, liquid wrench, zep and tasgon for 2 days, welded a nut onto the broken exhaust bolt, cooled the bolt, and then heated the head. light impact wrench and POP, the bolt broke flush. so, drill, tap, and i'm back in the game. that thing was in there!! so, under the tutelage of fabio himself, i cleaned the protruding bolts from the other engine, blasted em with aforementioned penetrant, heated the nut pink and gave it a little impact wrench and both came out clean. no issues. engine cleaned and installed on the rig. waiting on the carb. it will be here monday. got my front tire changed out, so we should be all set for 3/2.no excuses now.

OK guys! The week is upon us!

My friend with the 4-wheeled critter has confirmed his is going to make it to this ride. DC was in last I knew, but I don't know if his SX is going to make it. I need to catch up with him very soon.

Now to sort out a venue! I don't know where Paul is getting his information, but I tried looking where he said and I came up with this- http://www.nhstateparks.org/experien...formation.aspx I don't see Bear Brook or Pawtuckaway in this list, so I really have no idea as to whether or not either of those places are open. If you guys really want to go to either of those places, you can look into it yourselves.

Our other options are the Hell Hole and Pisgah. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed Pisgah, but I have no issues going to another venue if anybody else wants to. Let's hear it boys! What do you all say?

I got brand new ohtsu's on the sx, just rebuilt the front forks and fixed the sticking throttle. From what I've been told the hell hole is just another smooth ride for the SX soI ainit Afraid.
