I am dead-set on bringing my R despite the fact that rocks and mud are its mortal enemy, but I don't want to hold anybody back from any riding whatsoever. If it gets water-logged or anything gay like that I'll be OK. We ain't gonna change course or stop the ride because of me. I know the risk going in and I'll accept the outcome. It's only gotten water logged on me once before and it was my fault. I blew right through a puddle that I knew I shouldn't have, so I'll just have to be careful.

John, are you already making excuses why you wont be able to keep up??
Just follow the sweet stank of beanoil and youll find me!
As far as someone in the pack with no brakes, ehh i could care less, im not gonna tell another man how to run their life. But if i get hit because of it, ill be pissed, and a pissed jeff can be a scary sight. So aim for a tree if faced with that scenerio.
Those with pingers, never a bad idea to throw a few gatorade bottles of fuel in you pack just in case, ive made it back on fumes before, lotsa trails to explore. Thats where a 350x really shines, ride 8 hrs and still have half a tank.

IMO and from past experiances of riding with out brakes when I was a kid and knew any better "No Brakes = Disaster waiting to happen" and I agree with Jeff if someone hits me because there machine isin't up to snuff I'm gonna flip out. I dropped thousands into my machine to get it just the way I want it and I'd like to keep it that way.

aldochina - watch which routes you take. I91 in MA and route 9 in VT were closed this last weekend from storm.

I had to take (from NH) 91s to rt2w to 112 to 9/20 to pittsfield to get to schenectady. Took me 5 hours to get there for a cutomer meeting due to detours.....

i road for almost 6 hours yesterday, it was real real wet. any rivers to cross are fast moving, any puddles are deep. not that muddy but standing water everywhere. also, a mass jeep club came recently and tore all the trails up pretty bad, you will notice the destruction.

anyone worried about parking, park at the bottom of the powerlines but do not park under the lines. the pratts made the lot large enough, the area the pratts made for al isnt needed. please do not go on the track unless some one is there. look for signs and stay on the trail till you get back on the lines.

    thanks and have fun!

I called and talked to someone in the Deli department. She told me that Jen will be there at 7 when the store opens. Asked If she could transfer me so I could confirm and her answer was "confirm what" I just told you they will be here. Someone should call and confirm, How many do we need??

Guys, I'm not going to be able to join you for this ride. I broke my wrist two months ago and it's just not ready to go. Just got my cast off and pins taken out on the 18th of last month. I thought it would be ready, but I'd rather not chance re-injuy.
I can't have a new break delay my return to work, It'$ been long enough. That, and my machine isn't 100% ready nor am I going to rush it. Transporting it is
another issue I was working on having solved by this time. Reading the posts, I get the sense that most of you are very experienced riders. I am not.

Since most of you are coming some distance to be here, I'll make the drive out to meet you and see your machines. Being able to put a name to a face is good, that way I'll
know a few of you come trikefest next year

Awesome Dave. I look forward to meeting you.

Well, the stabbin' cabin is actually going to be in effect. (that means I'm bringing the camper) So we'll have a place to or whatever we need to do. Hopefully we'll be on schedule. Last time I saw you Paul was at Bearbrook with BigMike and .
