I hear ya Rory. I stayed up all night with my calculator and smoke pouring from my ears. If my calculations are correct, there may be a way to put all 4 machines on the trailer. I'm gonna give it hell man. I can't make any promises, but I'll see what I can do.

Buisness comes 1st, my carpet and flooring guy cancelled this afternoon but can do tomorrow. I like to supervise 1500$ jobs that once rented bring me in 800$ a month. I am sorry to miss out, miss all you guys and the ride but I gotta do what I gotta do. This is my job now......

I'm out too guys, my moms 1 year anniversary of her passing was wednesday. The family wants to get together and have a family day or some chit...I don't see these people that often but, you know how it goes... I'll be at the next one...

Right here Dan,
I'm gonna have to pass on this ride as well. Wrist is doing well, I just got back to work a week ago and have to be there for everyday in my three week cycle on, doesn't matter if I'm at sea or at the dock doing gear work.
I get off on the 31st and have until the 14th of Nov. free so exceedingly good chance I'll make next ride. Other than that, everything is set to go.

On a side note,

I was out with my buddy Roland on this same power transmission corridor just about 20 miles east of this ride last Saturday and if it's any indication of what's out in Richmond, let's just say I'm not too keen on power line trails anymore.
I go to make my last major crossing of the ride through maybe 2 feet of water and my SX just wasn't having it. Front end started floating so I got off and didn't let the engine die until I got the muffler out of the water by lifting the back,
dragging it backwards out of the mud puddle. I didn't think she took any water on, Got it started and had to turn the idle up as high as it would go just to get it to idle without stalling. Go to rev it, and it would fall on it's face. This
condition gradually wore off and I could go to full power/throttle in about an hour. Whatever. wheeled it up and dumped a pint of water out of the airbox. All set with that chit. Almost enough where I'd rather take my chances on a rail trail

That, and Roland had to dump his bike hard and fu**ed it up good, front end completely junk now, he's fine though. Half a fender, headlight gone, handlebars all retarded now, other stuff I'm sure too when I tear into
it to fix.

Anyway,

They'll be a really good ride coming up next June to the summit of Mt. Washington when they open the auto road to ATVs for just one day. Just saying now so keep in in the back of your plans.
I gotta check out Berlin NH as well. I heard there are two trail systems each at opposite ends of town and as a result, the local authori-tays allow ATVs on the road as long as they have a NH reg and keep it under 25 MPH, kinda nice-
they way I would have it, sorta.

wow!! dropping like flies!! its 11:00 pm, i'm heading out of work in a few. got to go home and get my stuff together!! I was planning on leaving 6:30, put me there about 9:00. that ok with you guys?? so who is in at this point.
