Well thanks guys for the applause! I had a great time, my kidneys have stopped hating me, but my body is still giving me a big F&#$ You still today. Great ride, hellious terrain. The P3 performed pretty well I think, and I am very happy with my purchase of that machine. Thanks Fabio for talking me into it! I hope to make the next ride.

Yeah that check valve was a bad idea in retrospect. Either it's gonna hold pressure in and fill the crank case with gas or it's gonna make a vacuum and not let gas into the carb!

how many total miles did we do, Dan?????? Im curious.

First week of May im on travel to europe. So no go for me then.

If my 200x project is ready in like a month, with my motor coming in. We will do a small bore - 4 POKE ride in the mid summer time. Maybe a Rail trail ride then... Glad to see everyone is in to riding this year!!!!!

28 miles totals. At least thats how many I did. NOt sure how long the search party searced for me or how many miles I did more or less when Jeff and a few of us went a different way so let's just put it at around 30 :-)

I dunno man, i dont think that vent is your problem. If it was vapor locked from the start, it woulda died 10 mins into the ride. If you had gas in the motor, it was obviously getting fuel...maybe im wrong, but im thinking that weak pansy-ass kawi stator got a lil water on it and it said F.U.
Hopefully its something cheap and simple, but thats my .02 cents.
A proper solution is to eliminate the greeny alltogether and see the light like John did and buy red!

If I bought a red one then you would have nothing to complain about Jeff !!!!! I really don't thnk it was the stator cause I stuck my finger on the plug and it shocked the hell out of me so it was getting spark. THen when I tow started it took a long time to unflood and finally start. NOt sure that a stator would do that. Plus I was getting some high idle not quite death rev that would be lean fuel not startor ... IMO

We shall see. Gonna rebuild that mink and if that don't work I'm going Keihn

I'll be happy to tow anyone back, just ask Fabio how it will go

That was pretty brutal terrain out there. And the speed this group likes to ride at, makes it that much worse. Oh well, gotta pay to play so what can ya do? And dont worry Roy, I was lagging behind most of the day myself, so I would be right there with ya.
