Well it wasn't an easy ride, but fun nonetheless.

Craig, thank you so much again for your hospitality. These rides wouldn't be the same without you opening your doors the way you do.

Jethro, thanks for being so prepared for any situation. Some of these guys need to learn to dot the I's and cross the T's a little better before venturing 20 miles into the mountains in the winter time. Without you there, things may not have gone as smooth as they did.

I can't stop thinking about "The loop" by where we ate lunch. That is one helluva trail and I'd like to hit that every time we go up there. Very technical and challenging. I had been up that first hill once before, but that was my first time doing the whole loop. This time I headed up the hill and made it most of the way when I got hung up on one of those steps towards the top. I had to back down the hill and I will say this- That hill is no joke. You could easily get hurt really bad on that mamma-jamma.

Rory, I saw you with the camera and I was hoping that you got that picture of me. That came out fantastic!

All in all, great time as usual guys.

It was a great time, and a great ride. That god damn tire, I dont understand what the hell happened with it. It was fine when we rolled out in the morning, and then just grenaded itself up there. I dont know. Theres only one thing I can think of and I wont know till I get it home and look at it.

Also video on the helmet cam is AWESOME!!! So clear and really nice footage and even picks up sound great. I will try to make a short video I can toss up here for y'all to see.

Heres a link to the video, I cut out a lot, and did just footage where we were all together so you could all get a sense of it. It seems to have lost some quality, coverting it from actual video footage into a movie of sorts. Could just be the software I am using. But here ya go guys.

Maybe its just my i-phone being gay, but it wont play for me.
Mike, i believe the reason your tire kept popping off is due to them tires just being old, hard and dries out. I myself would just not use them up there. Get youself a fresh set that is pliable and the problem will be gone.
