Just bought new Ice Tires, Rims and Kold Kutters so I will def be hitting the ice this winter!
Hey guys i am new to 3WW, Names Chris and i am from Seymour CT, any way i could join in with you guys one of these trips? i have have a 84 200s and a 05 yamaha kodiak 400, tho i am building a 300R but it wont be ready until spring...... anyways i
would love to join you guys on one of your trips as there is NO where legal to ride here in CT, i am registered up in MA with the 200 and the quad. by all means if your cool with having a new guy join in id be all for going!
thanks
Come along sometime!
200s will be a lil rough up in nh, but def doable.
Is your 300r a first or 2nd gen?
Red Sox we were in Lyman Maine. It's near kennebunk. My buddy owns a turf farm up there. We road through a number of sled trails that connected several sandpits. Some locals mentioned a large pit in the town of Dayton. None of the land is public but my friend knows all the adjacent land owners so we were ok. Only other issue is everyone hunts up there so Saturday can be tough this time of year. Old orchard isn't far though from where we were. I was also told the town of Sanford has a lot of pits.
2nd gen, i came over from 3wheeler.org seeing that there site is in shambles. i just made a build thread for it in the
Trikesylvania section, feel free to check it out. i have put alota work into it and i am doing everything i can to get it done for
next season when the open the trails up in MA in May.
as for the rough trials up in NH if they are too much i can just bring the quad. tho the trike i think is a hell of alot more fun!
i am guessing that i would have to register up in NH to go along on one of these rides correct?
by chance you do any riding in MA? i see your a Masshole lol i got a bunch of family in swampscott. but anyways i went over to pittsfield before they closed it this year and had a great time but NH is certainly better, i rode up in NH years ago on my old quads with my father..... anyways thanks for giving me the ok to tag along one of these trips! and let me no if i need to
register.....id say more likely than not i will have to lol.
Welcome chris! We love to have new riders join us! Most of us are registered in NH, as its worth it if your going to make a few trips a season. Not to expensive, and hassle free. We have never run into any rangers up there though. I ride in Pittsfeild alot! Lots of good trails there.
MY FEEDBACK THREAD- http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthr...ight=aldochina
chris, i rode last year in webster MA and we connected onto a trail system that went into ct. it was pretty good riding. some parts were groomed snow. i've been wanting to get back but i was told that its used primarily in the summer for horseback trails. I also heard that part of it was paved and turned into rail-trail with no access. new hampshire is where its at for riding! plan to join us.
