With just a few acres of your own land away from residential neighborhoods is probably the best option. If you got the bucks hire excavator to cut and groom your trails. I do not know of any places to ride for free anymore. Central NY here. If you want to trailer to PA you can ride I think its called Hidden Trails IDK what the riding park fees are and if they will allow trikes..

Few acres? I don’t even have one! And my son is tearing it up with his go kart.

We need space. I asked the town offices and nothing. There are some roads in parks but vehicles must be registered and insured. Not a big deal but requires brake lights and a horn- typical motorcycle road requirements…
