    Took me a minute also..just he missed the word 'rim' after 1986 honda trx 250

    I looked a couple times til I saw the front wheel wasn't stock and figured it out what he meant..

    sorry guys I could have worded that alittle better. Doug they are 22x12x8 on stocks rims. Its looks weird because I have the fender supports bent up.

    Bear klaws all around on my 87sx (350x front end. IMO one of the best improvements for the SX)

    Will the 200x front end also directly fit the SX? I know where I can find one of those locally..

    Also if there are no brakes on the front judging by the lack of master/handle on the right bar, then what is the cable running down the left side of the front wheel?

    the front rim is off a 1986 trx 250.

    Will the 200x front end also directly fit the SX? I know where I can find one of those locally..

    x2 on the bolting right up. No mods needed except fabing up some steering stops. I've been meaning to get around to doing that, but not enough time in a day!

    Hey Doug I don't know how you feel about holeshots but I just put a set on my sx. They looks pretty sweet to me. lol

    Like it alot!! I got a pair of those exact tires on my 350x. Amazing for the trails...

    I just got my second set of Bear Claws for the SX and installed them on the rear. 22x12.5x8..

    The I stole your idea about the TRX250 rim on the front..there was no way the 22x12.5x8 Bear Claws were going to fit between the front forks..with that TRX rim I have a 23x8x11 Bear Claw for the front and get to keep the stock brakes.

    It will be a nasty piece of work on the spring mud trails my brother and I like to run!!

    I have a 25x10x12 front bear claw if anyone wants it! one ride tire, put it on my Tri-Z and it's way to heavy. $60 bucks shipped, sorry didn't mean to hijack your thread. it is a great tire just wrong application on my machine.

    You didn't put that on the front of your Tri-Z did you..Whew!!! Not surprised you pulled it off..

    I wish that size fit something I owned..$60 delivered, I'd take it. Be careful though the shipping may be more that you expect!!

    I have used both the 200x and 350x setups on the SX. To me the 350x is just a better setup. The leading axle makes a difference in the handling. I am pretty hefty so I think the 350x set up is better for me. BTW. I did not have the front master cylinder on the bike when I took the pic. It is on there now.

    I wonder how the bear claws will stack up against something like the Carlisle All Traks. I've got a set on my 200x and they hook up in deep mud like crazy. And then they proceed to throw it all over anyone following you

    bearclaws will do the samething. I had them on my 200x and i could go farther then my buddy could on a kingquad700 with mudlights. I could also go throught 3feet of snow with out any problems
