Has anyone else with a first gen Tecate had to fix the lower left radiator mount cracking the tank? Both this one and my first one have had the same radiator issue.

Got some Pro Taper 7/8 medium rise bars and new grips coming plus a new throttle cable to convert this to a thumb throttle. I modified a Banshee thumb throttle slightly (I had it already) by cutting off the mounting spot for the TORS microswitch and then closing up the hole with a patch and JB weld. Filed off Yamaha, sanded everything smooth and painted it black. I'll post a pic when everything is on. Got the rear brakes working over the weekend too. Disassembled and cleaned the caliper and then adjusted the stroke on the master cylinder. They seem to work good now. Slowly getting it dialed in. =) here's a pic from its first dune trip.
