I don't think either of those heads are beyond usable. It's just that either head need a total valve job, with maybe new seats, new valves and new guides as well as new seals. Plus both heads need cleaned up as well to see where you stand. Both seem to have exhaust studs, good deal, and I didn't see any obvious cracks, but you'll find that once you clean up the heads. All is not lost, it will just take some time and money. Do it right, you'll be happier in the long run as a properly rebuilt engine will last for a long time if you take care of it right.
I tell you what, do you need an engine? How about a 185s, with a 200 cylinder and piston with a 200x cam and the correct recoil and cable and cable actuated cylinder all ready to go. It has a piston that should take high octane pump gas. I don't think the engine has 15 minutes of run time on it. It's all fresh from top to bottom. And it's got enough compression, that without the cable recoil, that it will rip your arm out of socket!. I know the guys on here that built it and one will attest to it's arm socket ripping capability! I haven't messed with it since I bought it, so it will need the plug pulled and oil and what not put down the plug hole and carefull turned over. It should rip. I was built for the craziest auto x project that I ever saw and never used, but we won't hash over that story as that member probably has bad memories of it all. Pm me for a price. Drive down and get it. If I can ride 11 hours one way, you should be able to drive down and get this! LOL
