Yeah, I never say I can't unless it is %100 true. Most of the time I can adapt and overcome

I was mentioning the left throttle for swinehart. but if it would help you honda claw I know they have left throttle kits for sleds that pull like a trigger like the old jet skis. that would be alot easier on your right hand if it would work for you

I think I know what kind of throttles you're talking about if they pull easy then perhaps they would work

Hondaclaw,,my son has probably the same deal,Not as bad as yours. His thumb is locked,,all his Brothers were born w webbed claws that required surgery to move a finger over for a thumb,,We adopted him,So one thing that we didn't pass on! Anyhow,,yeah,,he's an Incredible rider, and hands down unstoppable at video games! I would love to help you out somehow...Hydraulic clutches pull VERY smooth, Might be that simple? try one sometime,,just walking thru the local dealership,if you don't know anyone that has one. I rode an entire summer,,,Every single day with my right arm in a cast,aI rode throttling with my left hand. I would NOT recommend Anything like that! I think you're very well adjusted,,don't ever feel funny because of that badboy! It makes you special in many more ways than you've realized yet..trust me. Let us know when you're ready to get going on this project, and we'll get something really cool put together!!

Actually,,a NEW clutch cable, lubed, and everything adjusted correctly will not pull that hard! All the beat up thrashed,,,Average 200X's running around out there are all but impossible to pull. Next time you're at a dealership,,pull the clutch in on a new CRF 150 or 230,,,see how easy they SHOULD be! Then along w the new cable,,we can get a clutch lever and perch with extra leverage and pull, maybe a bearing. Shouldn't be too hard : ) Let us know!

My dad lost the use of his right thumb (and most of his hand) in a bad motorcycle accident years ago. We did exactly what you are suggesting: we moved the throttle over to the left side without modifying the housing or lever at all. He now rides using his left hand fingers to push the throttle. This is just on a big red and he doesn't ride fast, so for just casual riding, it works fine.
