I bought one last week I started a thread lots of guys on here have used them and said you like the hex screws then youll love them

Ordered one. Just need to pick it up at the post office now.

My sandblaster came in. Did a little bit of sandblasting for the first time. I tried it on a bent footpeg and it seemed to take it down to the bare metal. I then sandblasted a bit of the frame and it seemed to only take the fist coat of paint off? Seems like there is a grey primer. Is that correct?

that is the sand striping the paint some metals have differnt looks when striping or sand blasting keep goin theres nother wrong are you goin to powder coat or paint if your painting it use some good cleaner and blow off all sand in all holes

Thanks. For some reason the color of the metal made it look like there was a coat of primer.

I'm going to get everything powder coated. Its going to look real nice once done

Plastics came in yesterday.

All white. Just need a white gas tank and i would be set.

I'm planning to keep the stock blue 250r seat. I have one that's in really good condition.

Just some stuff that i have bought so far

All new plastics
New polished bolt kit
New fork guards
New grips
New handle bars
New FMF pipe
New FMF Silencer
swing arm bearing kit

I still need to buy three new rims and tires. Once i do that, i think that's all i need to buy. (besides the little things) Just sandblast and powercoat.

Besides the motor. I need to send that somewhere to get redone. Anyone have any suggestions where to send it?
