ok so today i bought a 12mm x 1.25 pitch tap and i drilled and tapped it. used a blob of grease on the tip of the bit, went in about 3 times and wiped the metal shavings and grease each time. then i did the same with the tap. greasing it and wiping it then repeat. used Q-tips to get other shavings out and then compressed air blew it out. i got the D8HA plug and everything went smooth as silk. took maybe 20 minutes without rushing. then i still had no spark and i thought i had disconnected my busted kill switch which had previously still allowed me to start the trike but i plugged everything back in and just cut the wires afrer the switch and i had spark again. bike fired up after 2 or 3 pulls and i just raged around my yard like a manaic on it. its as good as new just need a new switch. benn thanks for your efforts if you need a favor and i can help i will. ctbale good looking out too. So happy my 70 is back in action!!!
