plugged crankcase vent? (hose)
Did your oil get diluted with gas from a bad fuel shut off?
was the oil level HIGH?er than normal?
Wrong weight oil?
Just dump it out the dipstick ole and put some fresh oil in it.
No tools required and take mere moments.
