Sure lets try that! damn this thing has torque and can power slide around corners like a beast!!! However.......for some reason you have this itch it just doesn't scratch. Is it the top speed? is it the acceleration?? you just don't know. You hear all this hype about the 250r, but you have always avoided it because you don't want to own a three wheeled death machine. Despite all of that you buy one. DAMN this thing halls ass!! it spits rocks in 6th gear at your buddies so fast it gives them welts the size of cantaloupes. BUT YOU STILL WANT MORE! You're chasing the three legged dragon buddy. You better nip that in the bud while you still can!!
    I second that!

    85' 350x (newest addition)
85' Tecate (Still dealing with electircal Issues!)
85' Tri-Z (On the back burner)
    85' 200x (SOLD)

Everyone I get seems faster than the last one.
My latest sx has an accelerator pump carb on it and pretty sure I haven't
    hit full throttle yet.
With 7 or 8 running 250 cc models, this one is bay far, the most impressive.
I wonder if there's a pump carb for the x?
Do people put nitrous on these things?

How fast, I guess, is what you want the machine to do.
    Top speed?
or off the line quickness to outrun a bees nest or pitbull.
    or a rocketship from a to z.

I just looked at a watercooled 250R for 2 grand.
I bet that thing would launch a hangglider.

    Scaryfast comes to mind.

It comes down to the almighty dollar , very simple . How much money you want to put into it / how fast you wanna go. With speed then comes better suspension then comes more money. It's a vicious circle , I dumped about a grand into the motor/carb set up on my 250R. Am i happy ? Well i guess but now i wish it had better suspension . Will i dump more money into it ? Hell no , it is what it is . A 1984 3 wheeler , if i ever decide to sell it i would be lucky to see half the money i got into it. Just keep that in mind while your thinking about building up or dumping alot of money into your 1980's atc. Most guys do this for their passion of the atc maybe you should just buy a newer faster bike , i dunno. Just my thoughts.

Trying to decide what sized tires to go with because I need some new ones.
20's are the all around best bet for you Alex. If it was strictly for racing you would probably want 18's.
