I have a '78 ish atc 90 that I would like to bore out to 108cc. The kit that i found includes the piston, wrist pin and rings. Is there any thing else that I need? Rod? Head? Or anything else?

take it to the machine shop and they will measure the piston and bore from there

if your not adding a bigger carb cam and aftermarket exhaust the big bore will make almost no diffrence alone

110 carb? What would you suggest for carb, cam, and exhaust
I have heard good things about Mikuni VM carbs. Might want to try a VM22, and then an exhaust like a Supertrapp or something.
