    82 atc 110 bearing question

    hi there. i started taking apart the ass end of my 110 today. changing the break pads, rear bearings, sprockets and chain. i preaty well got it all torn down and was just about to punch the bearings out. but they wont fit through the wholes in the frame. im thinking i might have to take out the whole axel carrier?? any help would be great. thanks

    Yes the bearing carrier has to be removed to replace the bearings .

    Just did mine, but it was a 90 so prob a little different.

    Bearings are always fun for a change.

    Make sure your brake actuator shaft moves super smoothly.
    It is operated by the lever by the cables and goes thru the backing plate
    and expands the shoes. Just not fun to do twice since you're already in there.

    I have a great 110 and the bearings are so bad they say it will never come apart.
    Wonder if it's actually true?

    got er all back together today! just need to get a chain and she will be good to go. thanks alot for the help guys!
