I thought 86 & 87 had a grey seat and plastic that holds the key switch and reverse/neutral light?

I was going by the tank decals. The seat has been recovered, so that's no help. I agree the dash looks black though.

It's a shame you can't see the reg plate as the DVLA here won't issue a plate prefix newer than the machine. For instance an '85 wold have a B or C, an '86 would have a C or D, ' 87 D or E, ect so a '90 would have been G or H. The only exeption being if they can't date it, then it has a Q prefix and that wouldn't help in this instance!
It's sold now so unless someone here bought it we probably won't ever find out.
