I think the smart thing to do would be to have a realistic goal on how you want to it look and perform when done, itemize and price what it needs, then see if it's in the budget. The key word here is "realistic". It doesn't take much to creep up the cash outflow to the point where it's cheaper to buy a complete one. Although the build/challenge is half the fun. Post some pics!

Dude, your thread name gave me an awesome idea for a build. If I could get Mrs Mosh to cover a seat in Freddy Kruegers green and red sweater, rivet his claws on to the handguars, and throw some more krueger touches in there that would be sick!
Sorry to jack, but $50, hey I dont think theres much to complain about seeing as how rollers go for $450.
If you need bolts I got a coffe can filled with all the bolts needed and motor mounts too I believe. Got a swinger bolt too if needed. Let me know.

wow great deal for 60 bucks thats for sure. theme builds are always a blast to build. i highly recommend getting a seat cover made by mrs mosh. i had one made and its spent 4-5 years out in the sun, snow, rain and wind and its still mint. plus she will any decal you want in almost any color you want.
