Worth $250.00? For this Tri-z

I came across this on craigslist and its close to where i live.
He said he would take $250.00. It doesnt have an exhaust.
Would you say its worth it or no?

I was thinking of getting it and parting it out, to members who made need parts.
Not sure if its worth it.

Just buy a Engine off Some 1 . u have yourself a nice Tri Z.

The desert seat is a cool item...the forks look straight...motor and cases, frame, rearend and axle all add up to the $500 price tag. Getting it for less would add profit to the partout but I'm a keeper type. I'd rather see em restored as to parted out, but your gonna brake even fo-sure. Just price it right and items will sell easy enough.

Story was a guy bought a truck way the hell in the boonies, and the deal was the guy said you buy the truck , you take this POS with it.
Well, here it is for $250.00 which i got it for.
My triz is pretty much complete, which i paid 700.00 for as it sits from a friend in need of cash

here are some pics.
Desert Seat is mint, Not sure if ill keep that or sell it
Engine cylinder skirt is broke. It has a powervalve?? Is this a dirt bike engine?
Bottom end with engine numbers. not sure what engine this goes to since it has a power valve.
It has a thumb throttle! lol Not a twist.
Blue rear shock? Not sure what that goes to.

Let me know, what you think, of if anyone needs parts before i list it.
