    200x foot peg upgrade?

I am look to upgrade the pegs on a 84 200x. Does anyone know if the 250r pegs will bolt on or of any aftermarket? If not i guess could just mod some pro armor peg extenders to fit the stock. Any other idea?

Had a extra set of yfz pegs laying around and making a plate not going to work. Have to move the pegs way out to make it work and it would look all janked up. Plus I like where they are at it just my boots slide off all the time. Need some with some more bite to them.

So I am guessing no one has ever upgraded there pegs. I was riding a 200s the other day. Up and down hills and alot of creeks and was thinking about my 200x build. One of the thing that I felt need improved was the pegs.

i'm making custom footpeg adapters that make the pegs about 1 inch wider for the 85-86 r's, i can look at the 200x pegs and see if they would work on those as well...

Hmmm...I believe I have the original pegs on my 200X and I've never had any problems with my feet slipping...

As you can see, it's plenty wide and has some nice metal teeth for traction...are you sure you don't have the optional rubber topped pegs?

My BR pegs are like a double row of saw teeth and slicker than snot with a little mud.

I just 'resharpened' the teeth with a grinding wheel.

like i said, buy IMS wide body foot pegs off a sportbike quad, make adaptor plates and mount them up. i hate the stupid folding oem footpegs, they are junk. or have HRE make some for ya they will never bend.
