Is this a DG Muffler for the tri-z

Is this a DG Muffler for the tri-z. It fits the Z but has an extra bolt tang on the bottom left.

Yes, it is for a Tri-z. But you need the oem lower hanger to use it. That particular silencer is not a D.G. They only used a single upper mount and a different front section.

What brand do you think it is. I have it on my Z and thought at first it was a dg.

Not a dg. The dg on mine has a dg symbol welded onto it.
