    new guy with a suzuki alt 125 timing chain swap question.

    how you guys doin. i'm brand new to atc's and was wondering if there was any way to change out the timing chain on my alt 125 without romoving the head and having to replace the head gasket? thanx alot guys

    I'm a Honda man myself but I done some research on this bike, You will NOT have to remove the head and cylinder. You will have to remove the valve cover that is bolted to the top of the head, remove the pull start cover ,remove the flywheel "magneto" you will need a flywheel puller for this, then remove the outer case that is behind thd flywheel and there you have it!

    Cam cover and stator cover. And you'll be in!

    ya know i thaught there was a way. thanx alot guys. well at least i'll have a brand new gasket set since i already ordered it.lol thanx again
