who do you use for suppliers?

hey guys havent been on here for a while..
i sold my 185s but i still have my 200x..
im picking up a 250r that has a few things missing and was wondering where the cheapest best place to buy aftermarket parts from? who do you use..?
i havent don a full inventory of what it needs but i know for sure it needs a new thumb throttle assy (would like to change to a twist, what do you think?) and fork seals (those i should be able to find anywhere) and its gonna need a piston... also what kind of exhaust should i go with?
    thanks in advance guys..

what year 250r are you getting? Ebay can be a good place to get used and new aftermarket parts. For fork seals Honda dealers or online honda OEM parts stores are good. if your 250r is a 85-86 then a FMF exhaust is a good exhaust for the money. You will need to run a better air filter to help it breath with the exhaust. If 81-84 250rs you can buy DG exhausts new, but if you want a real good top pipe for those you will need to keep an eye out on ebay for a good old school pipe.

Babbits is a nice place for parts...except they rape you on shipping. I was going to order new o-rings for my 125m and they wanted $23.00 for shipping!!! They are one state away. A postage stamp would have sufficed!!!
