... They're pretty rare - but it depends on what part of the country you are from too. The early Polarisis were only sold by snowmobile dealers so they are more likely to be encountered in the northern states. They were pretty revolutionary too - Polaris engineers were pretty clever about utilizing the CVT in a quad frame. The most amazing thing about the early 250 2-stroke is that they were able to coax 32hp out of an air-cooled pinger at their peak form at the end of the late eighties. They did this through some pretty wild factory porting and through the use of a 38mm carb. Allthough that 250 air-cooled Polaris motor is the exact same one they still use today, its been really de-tuned and only puts out 22hp stock now.

I never knew Polaris made a cyclone.I noticed the macphearsons right awayLooks like a nice machine for flat track racing. It looks way to big and heavy to be a good MX or woods quad. I wouldnt pay $1500 for it.
What I want to know is, Who sells a quad and needs to take pictures of pictures? Maybe a guy who does not have the quad?!!!!!!!
Looks fishy to me.
