    200s-200x piston ?

hey all, so i finally got a decent engine running for my 200s, (seized the connecting rod in original)... anyways, im running the stock piston, and cyl +head...
Its starting to burn oil, so im about to do a top end rebuild on it, ive heard that its possible to run a 200s with a 200x piston+rings ? my S is an 84, so should i order an O.S 200x piston after a bore on the cyl. ? id like a little more pep to it.
Also, im running a 13t front with a stock 43t rear sprocket, the smallest any shop has around here is 40t for the rear, i think i'll go with that. with my gearing at the moment, i hit 95-100k/h..
