    10x9 vs 9x9

Quick question between downs. Found a pair of 10x9 Douglas blues on CL, 4 110 bolt patter. If I am running 9x9 with 25 12 9 tires on my 85BR, will these rims work with the tires? If they do, what will that net me on my trike?

No, they will not work with your tires. A 10x9 wheel is 10" diameter x 9" wide. Your current tires are for 9" diameter wheels.

Thanks, I had it backwards. Is there a big difference if I start running a larger diameter rim?

Also,,you can't go smaller. Unless they're big bell,,because of clearing the brakes in the rear.
