I just checked out this 3 wheeler my buddy's dad has had sitting in his barn for 3 years, since the original tank rotted out. (Which he threw out) I looked at the frame tag, and it says 1982. I think it is a Honda
200E? It has electric start, and is in pretty rough condition. It easily needs a gas tank, tires, plug, battery,
brake shoes, etc. I REALLY want this thing, but how much should I give him? I'm thinking anywhere between
$100-$175. What do you guys think?

its worth around 50 bucks if it needs a tank and tires and battery. That stuff alone is going to cost about 200-250 bucks.
