    1983 200x build

I figured i would go ahead and make a little build thread. I picked up a 1983 200x for a really good price.. $FREE.99! it has been sitting in a buddies field since ive known him, about 10 years and it broke the rod and i guess his dad just decided to chunk the motor and its been sitting ever since. it was in sad shape and had a few things living in it but its coming along with the help of ebay and a little time and elbow grease. I have a motor and some other parts coming from a member on here. after i get those parts on ill just need to re build the forks, do a little paint work, get some plastics, find some brake parts, it came with a bassani exhaust that had the mounting tab broken off but thats an easy fix if i decide to use it, and some other little crap. i was going to powdercoat the frame but got impatient and decided just to paint it, i took alot time in prep work and it seems to have turned out pretty good, white frame, red swinger, and polished up the trees, gonna polish up the axle once i get it on too. I think it should turn out pretty nice once its all said and done. here are a few pictures of the progress.
