    Ytm 200

    What weight oil does a ytm200 take i've misplaced my manual and don't what to put the wrong kind in.

    I have no idea where my manual is either, but you can't go wrong with conventional 10W40 or 15W40 in that motor.

    Thanks, change the oil and a few other little things and i should be able to finally be able to take it out and see how it rides

    I found my service manual. It says you can use SAE 10W30, 10W40, 20W40 or Yamalube 4 cycle oil. Sounds like you get to pick the flavor you like best.

    Change or clean the oil filter and that strainer basket too. Once you get your first ride in you'll want to adjust your cam chain as well.

    Thanks again I think i have some oil in the shed that will work, Hope i can just clean the filter as i have have no luck at my local dealer (Has to order every thing i've asked about)
