Chain drive 300cc 250sx?? what is this??

I seen this on Craigslist and it said it was 300cc's looks like maybe a 300ex motor? what do you guys think it could be?

Ok this whole thing blows my mind! the 250sx/250es motors physicaly look like the motor mounts are the same as a 300ex, which is similiar to the 250x and the mighty 350x motor. So I'm starting to invision a Big red with a 350x motor on it! How gnarly would that be. The only thing else to figure out would be the swingarm set up. I wonder if the 300ex swinger just bolts in place??
