    250r axle nut running out of threads?

    just put my rear end on my 85r and was going to tighten up the axle nut and i ran out of threads before it was tight..what causes this? do i need a longer nut?

    lsr +4 axle..86 sprocket..using stock evrything else

    not sure on the 85, but the 85 has a spacer that goes between the nut and the clip on the axle, if you are missing this spacer it will never get tight. Id look on bikebandit.com through the microfiche to make sure you are not missing something.

    i have the clip, spacer, nut, then threads

    anybody have an idea of whats going on here? i have every part in the correct place and im running out of threads to tighten up the nut against the clip..
