early to mid 80's i would say, mine got the balloon tires and is somewhere in the 70's just figured id help bump it up

thats what i was thinking. i will either rebuild the hole engine anyways or if its to junky part it out

Spark plug is easy. You can either tap it out to the next size up spark plug, or you can have someone tap it out and insert a helicoil. Otherwise, it's not in bad shape overall. Some new tires, freshen the engine up, work on those plastics, paint or polish the tank and it should look pretty good.

yup, plan to make it a runner for my nephew. it isnt going to be show quality at all, just something for him to ride around the farm.
