Nothing to be ashamed of having 6 weapons at 16 years old. To be honest, I probably wont be hunting with my new .44 when I get it as I don't want to raise a ruckus in the woods sighting it in. I currently have an S@W 686 .357 mag thats all sighted in and ready to draw its first blood. Really looking to bag my first deer with a handgun this year. The rifle I use is a Remington 700 ADL chambered in 270win. It's a tack driver!

    '84 ATC 200ES Big Red

This should probably be in the Open Forum... But hell yes, I have been getting ready! BR is ready for duty, pulling deer... Its got a new accessory this year, pics to come hopefully by the end of the weekend... (fyi: already has a winch, and gun rack...)

(7mm rem mag Savage 110 here)
No trikes. Too old, too crippled. Unless I find one I can't live without!

I don't really need my trike for hunting cause I'm only 100 yards from my truck. 300 yards at the most if I got to the lower field. But since we are talking guns...
I always keep my Remington Woodsmaster 742 Auto chambered in 30-06 Spring. with a 10 round mag in the truck. Great for knocking down yotes. This year I'm going to be trying out my new Remington Model Seven Bolt Action chambered in 7mm-08 Rem. For me though...gun season isn't fun until muzzel loader season. Any idiot can go out and kill a deer with a high powered rifle and a scope. I like the challenge of the muzzel loader. Good luck and safe hunting to all. Remember, the victory beer is just that. A victoy beer. Save the boozing for after the kill.

Dude! I looked at a Savage 111 in 7mm rem mag just today! But I really want a Browning Magnum 12 Auto 5 for ducks....(never had an auto, only pumps)

Any way, my Big Red is pretty much ready to go. I got floorboards, a gun rack, and new tires so I won't need a winch.

Deer muzzleloader season starts for me tomorrow, but I'll be taking my Matthews.

I'm 17 and I also have 6 guns in my safe (although an AK-47 is not a good hunting weapon...) I usally use a Remington 700 30-06 or a Marlin .444 for deer, a Benelli Nova pump for ducks and geese, and a Ruger 10/22 for squirrel.

Those are Interco Vampire TSLs, the greatest ATV tire on the planet IMHO. Size is 27-12-11. Got them for $22 each because they are blems, but I can't figure out why.

They are the VAM-37's, listed at the bottom of the page still shows that they have 16, but they obviously only have 13 left. It says to email, but I just called them and ordered them. Shipping was pretty bad though, like $30 a tire, just from LA to AR, but that's still cheaper than a "good" tire. For rims I ordered these because they were the only ones I could find:http://4wheelonline.com/atv/ITP-Stee....136366.316837. They should center up pretty good with the 2+5 offset.

I like the concept of hunting and triking..but the only problem is the hunting part would cut into my triking time too much.

Sitting silent on a deer path waiting for a deer to wander along for what may be hours

    or

riding my azz off thru the fall leaves, logs, rocks and mud..

I'll take door number 2 please!! Nothing against the hunters..

Have you ever thought about duck/goose or phesant hunting? It's usually more exciting if that's what you're going for.
