Need Help with Honda Fat Cat

I have a Honda Fat Cat that I would like to restore. It runs well but needs a new rear fender and the gear shifter bolt is not stock. Can anyone give me an idea where to go to get parts for one of these machines?

Also, under the seat, there are place for 4 bolts as if something can be attached to the frame. Does anyone know what they are for?

Maybe the air cleaner is missing from under the seat. Check out partsfish.com they have all the microfiches on their site. Not the greatest service, but it makes shopping easy.
