I finally found a 72mm piston. Last overbore wiseco makes.
Friend said, do it, then if you blow it up we'll use a yam 360 piston and sleeve it, and space it out ;P Half the cost of one of those kits on the market he says. (hes real good)]
Had me looking up Wiseco parts catalog
Wiseco Connecting Rod Kits
Wiseco seal kit Seal Kit - 28x50x8 & 35x58x11mm
Main Bearing Kit - (2) 30 x 72 x 19mm
Wiseco WPP3003 Clutch Basket
WB1064 part # is for..
WISECO Crankshaft including the following
1X WISECO B1005 - TOP END BEARING 16 x 21 x 22.5mm
1X WISECO B1048 - CRANK PIN BEARING - 22 x 29 x 16.8mm
1X WISECO B5012 - Main Bearing - 25 x 55 x 15mm
1X WISECO B5013 - Main Bearing - 25 x 62 x 16mm
1X WISECO W5765 - THRUST WASHERS ( 2 ) 22mm ID x 1mm
1X WISECO W5797 - CRANK PIN - HOLLOW - 22mm x 56.4mm
1X WISECO WB1027 - Bottom End Gasket Kit 1988 - 2006 Blaster ...
...
anyway
got a 72mm off amazon, 140 shipped, the person who is boring out the cylinder said they could get me a kit for $190, i almost went for it, im an idiot.
good game.
I was freaking out because the machine shop told me that they could source a piston for it, and i said i would do it ( because I could do it on the cheaps)
Then i go online ( mostly ebay ) and I could only find a .80 over for a 85-8X
What i did was go to wiseco's catalog pdf and found their part #
then amazon had it. woot woot.
Its coming together.
Thanks for the post on the heads, I really have never seen those, but it seems like a good idea.

FF:S o Whenever i go to edit my post, it doesnt work, of course i tried it again and lost a whole ton of stuff i typed out, nice. got to reuploada images yayyy
another complaint....
anyway heres what i wanted to say...
^ Suspense got to me
Started tearing into the clutch side to replace the seal.
took some pictures but kinda failed when i dont have a 27mm to take off the basket thing
#place drain pan

#crack open some lower screws first, remove the cover, and kick lever if u wish

#slowly remove pressure plate bolts, remove pp, there is a small piece in the center that you should pull out now, with a ball bearing

#slide out the clutch discs ( dont know any tricks, they came out in one piece though )

#unstake the 27mm nut, and remove it
#there is a few tiny pieces behind it
#what u should have left

i wish i had a 27mm, oah well, tomorrow

^disregard those pictures Im a dopeus and thought that was the crank, the crank is one more foreward, haha
Pulled the motor today, and took off the clutch side cover. Now I just have the gears in there, Ill consult the manual on how to take those off.

Here we go
Imagine how dirty the motor was

I need a legit brake cylinder i think

Heres how you stop the wheel from moving when u remove the clutch inner

Removed the flywheel and coils for seal replacement.

i did a lot of cleaning.

My 200s has gone through 2 rear carriers. Got to fix one of them and make it good.
They sell kits on ebay for ~30$ shipped, should I go for one of them or am i better off going with hondas?
From supplyhonda
BEARING (6007)
96150-60070-10 002 $18.13 $14.16 X 2 $28.32
22 DUST SEAL (42X62X7)
91252-958-013 002 $15.51 $12.11 x2 $24.22
AND it says there is a drivers side oring on the carrier in between the bearing and seal? never noticed that
O-RING (31.2X1.9)
91307-PA9-003 001 $2.43 $2.07
Total cost *$54.60 + shipping ( have a big order going though so i dont mind that )
Or just go with an ebay kit for $30 shipped unless they suck?
also, how can i clear out the bottom of my crankshaft to make sure there is no debris in there? its really oily in there and i just want it clean though. tip it upside down and ?

Still haven't ordered parts yet. Want to get a good order in.
Thinking of going with a jet too, they got
142, 145, 148, & 152 jets
JET, MAIN (#152)
99101-GHB-1520 001 $8.91 $6.96
I have a stinking '132.5' right now, that seems really small, and its winter, and my filter box doesnt have a side cover and its like a wannabe k&n filter - hence I need a fat jet
if its too big, i can solder it shut and drill it out to a slightly smaller size ( check it with a caliper)
should i get the idle jet or air jet or whatever else these carbs have? I dont quite know the others ones, just the main jet.
