    125M sprocket question

My drive sprocket is a little worn on me 125M motor and i wanted to replace it since i have it apart. The problem is that the sprocket is discontinued. Its a 14 tooth sprocket and on ebay there are 14 and 15 tooth atc 110 sprockets. They look similar but i can't find any that say they fit the 125. Does anyone know if they'll work or where i can get a 125M sprocket? Thanks

I dont think they will. I am pretty sure the 110 and 125 are different.

I am 99 % sure they will interchange, because the rear sprocket does.

must be something that changed between the model years. A guy at Trikefest bought a 125 motor off of a buddy and was going to swap the sprocket to his 110 and then brought it back and said it wouldnt fit right. Your mileage may vary.

There are quite a few on ebay if you search "atc 125". I was searching "125M" and only came up with one used one. Thanks for finding that jonboy, it helped me figure out what i did wrong.

I would just like to add, you may want to take a peek at your rear sprocket and chain. It's usually best to replace them all at once.

Thanks for the advice fabio, i will be replacing the other sprocket and chain. This is in a little project i'm making, i'll make a post about it in the bikersville section next week when i can get some good pictures. But for the conventional use there is a pretty good deal on ebay, it was both sprockets and the chain for $59 i believe. And it was the stock 14T front sprocket.

I found a couple places on line that. Sell aftermarket ones. Its on my shortlist of things to do on the one I am fixing up for my daughter. I can post a link if you need me to, its bookmarked at home and I'm not there now.

If its not too big of a problem that would be great. I bought a 13t off ebay and it wasn't for a 125. And what pisses me off the most is it cost me $10 in shipping to find that out after i was refunded the money and the jerk is still selling them as 125 sprockets.

    Here ya go:

Its a 14T one. I think I'd prefer a 13T to help that little motor get my big body moving but gotta take what you can get I guess.
