    that is AWESOME!

I grew up near Palm Springs and Glamis was 2 hours away. The BEST days were exactly what you guys did - sneak off in the middle of the week. No crowds. Smooth sand. I'm with Dcreel though - been 20+ years ... I must go pout now

    .
And we used to ride into Mexico (Algodones?) for beer, tortillas, and tacos.

Brother - we were there in the same era (mesozoic?) Those mag fires were fascinating - I had never seen anything like it before...

Yep, rode into Mexico a time or two for tacos.. I've even seen the original BigFoot Monster Truck at Glamis enjoying the dunes.. Not to mention the bathrooms behing the Glamis Beach Store with all of the doors torn off.. LOL

Kasey, Are their still safe places for kids to ride? I grew up parking by the little dunes on the other side of the highway now closed. When I say safe I mean out of the normal traffic flow.. where the kids can build a berm track without getting run over. I know you can do the wagon train and build it inside but what if you don't have enough wagons? I really want to see my kids faces when they see the sand.. It used to really hit me as a kid going down the highway while the people were on there 3 wheelers and rails on the Sand Highway next to you.. Gives me goosebumps just thinking about returning.. on a 250R

I do sense the good in you

That's ok, Guess what I just posted up for sale locally a couple minutes ago. Luckily were not after the same buyers

Sorry back to the original topic
This is awesome to see how quick a request and a ride all came together. This is definitely on my bucket list and I really want to try and get down there for next winter.

Looks like an awesome time was had by all. Way cool!

Hey Kasey, maybe someday I'll go out to AZ and look you up for a dune tour, and if I could entice you to come to the armpit of the country during winter I can show you what us crazy northerners do for fun on the snow and ice covered lakes! But, I wouldn't blame you a bit for staying in AZ! LOL!

    Here's a little clue....
    Trikes:
    '85 ATC 350R
    '85 ATC 250R
    '86 ATC 350X
    '85 ATC 350X
    '84 ATC 200ES Big Red
    '84 ATC 125M
    '85 ATC 110
    '85 ATC 70/110

If you have bought from me or sold to me, please leave me feedback here>>> http://www.3wheelerworld.com/showthr...+RIDE-RED+250r
