Need satalite tv help

Okay I have Dish Network satalite tv.For my local channels I still have attenna,not paying for what is free.Problem I have on the second tv is the cable for the dish goes where the attenna is.There is no second reciever box.Tried a av switch but that wouldn't do anything.What do I need to keep my local tv and dish.

you will need a diplexer. and a short coax cable. run the sat. into one side of the diplexer and the antenna into the other then on the outlet of it use the short coax into the tv. you will need to change the tv to "air" to get your locals. you can get a diplexer from radio shack but they are about 20 bucks. you can probably get one cheap online. I used to pay 2 bucks for them when I did dishes
