Well, Im at my 24 hr mark without a cigaretteI got inspired by the OTC forum when the Mosh's were kicking the habit. I hold up ok untill I get done eating or am sitting in front of the computer and That morning smoke is the worst one for me to resist! I have been wanting to quit for a while and for the past 2 weeks I kept saying, tomorrow Ill quit. Enough procrastinating and get on with it already I figure! I use the mentality that the money I will save on these I can spend on my trikes! I want to be able to breath again and start running and get back in half diecent shape! Man this sux though!!!!! How you been holding up Mosh's? Anyone else out there trying to kick a bad habit?
