Question Big Red has a weak spark, advice please

My 84 200ES appears to have a weak spark. It is red/blue in color, is consistent, but looks weak. I cant get 'er to start even with starter fluid. Also, does anyone know what the green wire is that comes out of the key? There are four wires, red, black, yellow, and green. Green one has a male connector on it but isnt plugged into harness anywhere? Any help appreciated.

green is usaly ground i would hook it up to the frame or motor. and ctake the igniton coil off and clean it up make sure its grounds are clean. also reset your timing if its not firing of starter fluid if you do all that it should run. gl
