What is a ATC 110 worth? EDIT* Bought it! Pics included

I'm looking at buying a 1982 ATC 110 in decent condition. It runs fine but will need a front fender and the seat has a small rip in the middle. It comes with practically new rear tires, plus 2 extra sets of tires and wheels. Also included is an extra running 110 motor. And a box of miscellaneous parts. The guy is asking $250 for everything. If I buy it my intentions would be giving it some TLC, adding a front fender, and a seat cover and selling it. Just trying to get a feel of what these machines are worth and if it's worth my time to buy it.

That's a no-brainer. Buy it, there's $500 worth of bike and parts there.

Thats a good deal... Dont expect to get rich on it... But put together nicely, you should see 500 out of it...

Just got home. Pulled the trigger on it. It was covered in mud so it didn't look pretty but looks like it should clean up pretty good. It came with an extra complete engine, 2 extra sets of rear tires and wheels, an extra front tire and wheel, extra foot peg setup, 2 extra headlights, and an extra frame that was rusted in half but has lots good parts on it. Also came with extra recoil starter, side cover, brake lever and cable and all kinds of other little trinkets. Certainly worth my time!

Here's what I'm working with. EVERYTHING needs a good cleaning! The current tires on the trike can't have more than a couple hours on them. The rears still have some nipples on them. I'm new to these 110s. Do they all have floppy fenders or is there a fender brace I'm missing? Also I got a round headlight with it. What year 110 does that belong to?

That TSC aluminum truck box really sweetened the deal too. It's never been used and I gave $40 for it.

The round headlight is pre 1980 . Lots of mixed year parts on that bike but she will be a good rider .

Which parts don't belong on it? The front forks seem wider than the spare set I got. The fender doesn't fit the forks that are on it unless there's spacers I need to go with the fenders. So either the forks or the fender belong on a different model I believe.

Any info you guys can give me on these parts is helpful!

the fender get floppy with age and use. just make up some braces yourself. here the ones i made for my 125 (same rear plastic as your 110) mine were sagging, not really floppy. used alum round tube, pinched, drilled and bent at the ends to sit flat where they mount.
