well have you adjusted the carb yet? Also why do you think it's out of time,? There are free downloadable manuals in the world class help section if you need the specs for the carb

do you know what the compression is? mine has 90lbs and it smokes, although the carb has been tuned.

yea I have adjusted it every way possible idk Wat the compression is I know ive broke 3 handles and can pick the3 wheeler off ground sometimes

kinda sounds like maybe a bent valve, as well or the ebay carb. Compression listing should be in the manual. I just looked and it says 156lbs, + or - 14lbs. here is a direct link to the manuals downloadable site, your model is in there. http://www.oscarmayer.net/atc/manuals/ Timing instructions are in there, check timing, and then I would definitely look at the valves if timing is right.
