I found this on craigslist and was thinking of buying it. I think its a fair price but I'm looking for opinions from others.

Go get it. Its complete and runs so it would be a great start for a restoration. I also spot a factory heel guard on the right side. Maybe the tires will air up? You never know. For $250 you cant go wrong

You don't need our opinions, you need yours. You are paying out the money and you will have to live with and fix or throw away what you buy. The deal has to work for you. To actually "restore" one of these trikes correctly, can cost several thousand dollars. But what most people consider restore on here, is very far from restore. If you don't have a pocketfull of money and alot of time and alot of the euipment and ability to do paint and body work, then I would steer clear of this machine and go find something that you can just fix up and ride on the cheap. Many members on here say that those wheels and tires are worth money. Well, they can be, but most are junk and worthless and dangerous and are only good for display puropses only. Most of the tires have been sitting flat forever, the insides being cracked and dry rotted and end up being very dangerous under inflation. Those tires have a factory spec for circumference at a certain pressure and most were out of specs years ago. I'm no expert by far, but many members on here know even less. Go get you something fun and easy to fix up. Wear a helmet and be safe. Good luck with what ever you choose.
