the 250R is ready to go, went over it one more time last night. Might need an extra set of swinger bearings though since im worried the poly urethane bushings running in place of the swinger bearings/seals have me second guessing how they will stand up to abuse. Started tearing into the 250sx and found the brakes are in need of refresh so i just picked up a front and rear set of pads on ebay and new front brake line. ATC-Eric ordered me a new front fender for the 250sx too. Nothing like ordering parts at the last minute!!!!

Keister lol man its a hand held iron rake i wish it was a nice pull behind deal lol

Coming from a guy that said 3 months ago "I could pack and be ready to leave for Trikefest in one night" I sure am scrambling. I guess partially because I'm getting all "Raffa" on my machines, but Trikefest is but once a year. Show and Shine and Riding's Fine will be my motto. My list gets bigger every night I spend in the garage. It's down to all little things now, and no major worries. My Special "Trikefest" build is done except waiting for rear tires. I leave Wednesday morning at 7AM - and my tires will be in Tuesday afternoon - LOL, great timing. The rest is general maintenance - new brakes, new chains, change oil, check coolant levels, check tranny fluids, check muffler bearings and tighten all power bands.

    PS -
The Stud better bring his drinking shoes
for the Keister boys really like the booze!

PSS - "Raffa" or "Raffinization" is defined as: conversationally to describe a person who pays such attention to detail that the obsession becomes an annoyance to others, potentially to the detriment of the anal-retentive person. The term derives from Freudian psychoanalysis. Example: "I got so Raffa on my bike last night that I pulled out all the needle bearings on my steering stem and gave them a good coat of turtle wax"
RIP - Yamahondaman!! You will never be forgotten!
RIP - Sam Brehm!! Gone but NEVER forgotten!
RIP - Sandpuppi101 - You will live on in my mind - I miss you friend!

Think we've had close to 300 in that past but it's been thinner because of the economy.

Probably wont be much water in the river. We have had a horrendous dry spell here for the last 2 months. When it rains at TF it will get soaked up real fast.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD - it's not RIVERFEST!!!!!!!
All you River folks need to set a seperate date once a year and go to a river somewhere - meanwhile, the real men will be out riding trikes somewhere!!!!!!!!
