I searched some old posts and came up with a 20mm x 24mm tool for the 200X clutch/oil pump and this is what I found on fleabay.

    Is this it?:

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Honda-Oil-fi...item5d31171ba0

bikerchicks has this tool, but hard to see what it looks like:

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/84-86-ATC-20...sories&vxp=mtr

ETA: the old honda part number was 07716-0020100 Motion pro makes this as a replacement:
    http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/pr...227880&ref=gmc

I've also used a socket and grinder to make one. It was for older Polaris ATV's, but same design(sorta)
    Hope this helps!

15/16th socket, grind it down carefully.

The outer edge of the teeth on the tool would just reach the lip on the bolt. I will definitely make my next one and not mess around with the tool anymore.

That link is almost 3 years old and now links to a different tool that is not compatible with the 200X. If you click on the link in the description that says:

"See all machines the Motion Pro Honda Counter Balancer & Clutch Hub Spanner Socket fits."
    http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/Al...Spanner-Socket

You'll find that the 200X is not listed.

This is the tool you'll need, it's actually 2 tools in one, and for $17 much cheaper than spending the time making one. At least to me, but that's your call.

It cost me 4.99 for the impact socket and ten minutes of labor I would say its cheaper to make one. but to each their own nothing wrong with paying 17 bucks for a tool if you lack the skills or equipment to make it.
