    Drug an ATC70 home

It will be 33 years old next week. Rough but Runs like a top. I'm going to fix it up for my son, for Christmas next year.
The guy i bought it from said that if my son is not 16, then he has to be on a closed course, supervised, and a first responder needs to be present. In Nova Scotia ,Canada.Anyone know anything about this?

Probably the same kind of advice that say these are illegal. I know in Alberta you are not supposed to ride anything over 90cc until 14. Under 90cc is fair game for all ages. At least that is what my insurance company told me. Let him ride under supervision, and preferably on private property that you have access to. There should be no hassles doing that.

Im pretty sure all trikes are legally confined to private property unless plated and insured for the trail system in Nova Scotia. Phone Pro Cycle in Hali or another local dealer and get the age restrictions for kids on atvs in Nova Scotia.

Hopefully you wont get too much hassle.
